CWPC members are required to renew their membership annually to remain in good standing and continue using their professional membership status.

Renewing your membership helps ensure that your professional information remains current, your continuing education record is maintained, and your commitment to professional standards remains active.

Who Should Renew

This page is for current or recently expired CWPC members who wish to continue their membership with the Canadian Wellness Practitioners Council.

You should renew your membership if:

  • Your annual membership is approaching expiry
  • Your membership has recently expired
  • You wish to remain listed as an active member
  • You wish to maintain your membership certificate or professional recognition
  • You need updated membership confirmation for professional, employer, or insurance-related purposes

Renewal Requirements

To renew your membership, members may be asked to confirm or update the following:

  • Current contact information
  • Professional practice information
  • Continuing education or professional development activities
  • Agreement to follow CWPC’s Code of Ethics and Professional Standards
  • Payment of the annual renewal fee

Renewal applications may be reviewed by CWPC administration or the Membership Review Committee.

Approval is based on continued eligibility, payment status, professional conduct, and compliance with CWPC membership requirements.

How to Renew

To renew your membership, please complete the renewal form and submit the required renewal fee.

After your renewal has been processed, CWPC may issue updated membership confirmation, certificate, or member status record.
